One of the highlights in the lead-up to Avalon 2023 was a combined formation flight over Melbourne and beaches by the ROKAF Black Eagles and the Roulettes of the RAAF. Dubbed the Friendship Flight, the formation turned quite a few heads on the ground and was a great promotion for aviation and the Australian International Airshow.
