This week’s video follows Outback Tom as he buys his first aircraft, a Cessna 182P, the start of a plan to explore outback Australia from the air.
With help from Darwin Flight Training, he gets up to speed before setting off, and the video sets the scene for his adventures to come, including plane camping and landings on remote outback airstrips, showing that owning an aircraft opens up corners of Australia that few people ever get to see.
