The Netherlands has joined the flying car race with the first flight of the PAL-V Personal Air and Land Vehicle. The PAL-V is the result of what you would get if you stuffed a car, a motorcycle and a gyrocopter in a blender. An intriguing vehicle that would make an excellent plaything for someone who likes quirky toys.
