This one goes up because it's something we don't teach students in Australia: spin recovery in a bog-stock Cessna 172. There are two lessons here. Firstly, how to recover from a spin; and secondly, that a C172 most certainly will enter a spin quite happily if you are indiscriminate with control inputs!

CASA releases new charter rules for public comment

Charter passenger and cargo aircraft with more than nine passenger seats or a max takeoff weight of more than 8618 kilograms will have to comply with new rules designed to bring such operations in line with regular public transport flights.

New Part 121 regulations are designed to bring charter operations in to line with regular public transport.
