CASA will conduct a series of AvSafety seminars around the country in July to get pilots up to speed with regulatory changes.
With the new regulations to take effect in December this year, pilots of all types will need know how the changes impact on their operations.
The seminars will focus on:
- New part 61 Pilot licence
- Flying School activities
- Electronic Flight Bags
- New Fatigue rules
- Performance Based navigation
- How pilots can participate in a range of future plans
In addition, the seminars will showcase the new interactive education programs available online including Out-n-Back, OnTrack, and a range of CASA educational resources.

- Mudgee
- Lilydale
- Essendon
- Albury
- Jandakot
