Airservices Australia CEO Greg Russell has resigned from his post and departed the organisation as of yesterday.
Despite the usual round of rumours that accompany a move such as this, it has been known for some time that Russell would be leaving Airservices before the end of the year, so the announcement comes as no surprise.
A search for his replacement has been underway for weeks and an announcement is expected any day.
Andrew Clark, Airservices Chief Financial Officer will act as CEO until Russell’s successor is named.
