Australian Diamond agent Utility Air this week opened a new customer experience centre at their Belrose base.

Co-located with the Diamond parts distribution hub, the new centre aims to make the experience of doing business with Diamond more comfortable and professional. It will be used for customer events and training as well as day-to-day interaction with customers.

“The Diamond product is a high end, quality product, and we felt it was important to have a customer facility which matched the product,” said Utility Air Managing Director. Stephen Pembro

“The new facility has entertaining balconies, meeting rooms, a café kitchen as well as sales offices. It’s a place for us to conduct business with our clients in a focused and pleasant way.”

Utility Air also announced experienced aviator Shaun Hearn as an addition to the sales team. Hearn is now responsible for business development and the sale of DA20 and DA40 Aircraft in the region.

“We welcome Shaun to the Utility Air Team,” Pembro said. “Shaun is currently touring the country meeting existing owners and prospective customers alike and we see him as being an integral part of the team moving forward."

In related news, Diamond this week announced Bankstown-based Pegasus Aviation School as the first accredited Diamond Flight Centre in Australia.
