Hawker Pacific has completed integrating Aeromil Pacific into its operations after acquiring the company in August last year.
The integration means that Hawker Pacific has one of the most extensive ranges of product offerings in Australia, covering the Cessna, Beechcraft, Bell Helicopter, Diamond Aircraft and Mahindra Aerospace brands.
"This is an exciting milestone which strengthens Hawker Pacific’s ability to capitalise on the substantial growth in aviation services in the region and cements Hawker Pacific as the leader in aviation solutions throughout Asia Pacific,” said Hawker Pacific CEO Alan Smith.
"Aeromil Pacific's shared commitment to providing high quality products and exceptional customer service has been instrumental in the success of the integration process. Since acquiring Aeromil Pacific last year we have been working closely with customers, suppliers and industry bodies including the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) to ensure a seamless transition."
Former Aeromil Pacific boss Steve Padgett has taken on the role of Deputy Chairman, Hawker Pacific, with special responsibility for marketing Cessna products in Australia and New Zealand. Padgett said that common philosophies between the two companies made the integration much easier.
"A shared commitment to excellence in customer service and innovation in aviation solutions, has fuelled the successful integration of Aeromil Pacific's operations into the Hawker Pacific Group," he said.
"It's been an exciting time for the business and I'm sure that aircraft owners and operators will continue to benefit significantly as Hawker Pacific further strengthens its position as the leading provider of aviation solutions in the region."
