The preliminary trade days program for the 2019 Australian International Airshow at Avalon was released yesterday.

The program covers events scheduled for the period Monday 25 February to Friday 1 March, 2019. Conferences, workshops and seminars dominate the trade days, as well as daily flying displays, receptions and networking opportunities.

Highlights of the program, which is not open to the general public, include:

  • 18th Australian International Aerospace Congress
  • Australian Association of Unmanned System (AAUS) Conference
  • Australian Space Industry Conference
  • Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association Pacific Dialogue
  • Rototalk Conference
  • AMROBA Growing MRO Business in Indo-Asia-Pacific
  • ABAA and IBAC Conference
  • TAAAF Members General Assembly
  • Women in Aviation International Australian Chapter Conference

Currently, the Friday is reserved for the Drone Showcase, which includes sessions on drones in industry, search and rescue, agriculture and government. Several sessions on robotics are also on the schedule.
