Join us for a great weekend of flying, fun and lots more to help us celebrate the 80th Anniversary of the largest Empire Air Training Scheme Station established in Australia, No.1 Bombing and Gunnery School and No.1 Air Observers School, RAAF Station Evans Head!
Whatever you fly, you're welcome, there's room for you all at this wonderful Aerodrome. Plenty of underwing camping space, friendly Marshalls, all types of aircraft, warbirds, models, vintage, fixed and Rotorwing, microlights, GA, RAAus, Sport, Bush, gliders, seaplanes and more. Occasional air displays, Adventure and Joy flights in WW11 and vintage aircraft. Everything you need: great company, food (from Friday night to Sunday arvo), coffee, shuttle bus to town and beaches, Friday Pizza Night, Saturday Markets, Sunday car clubs, aviation museum, Saturday Dinner and entertainment, local organisations, RFS, SLSA, Marine Rescue, Radio Club and more and things for the kids.
Fly-In early and have a 3/4 day holiday at Evans. No Landing Fees, small camping fee and great company.
